Welcome to Woodland Studio & Farm at Exeter, a boutique farm stay just 4km from Exeter village in the heart of the NSW Southern Highlands. Wake up at our tree studded 10 hectare property to sunlight filtering through, meet & feed the sheep and alpaca, explore the farm, orchard and veggie patch, check the beehives, spot native wildlife & indulge in creature comforts in our light and contemporary Studio accommodation. All the ingredients to help you slow the pace for a few days.

The Space

Woodland Studio is a beautifully refurbished farm building, giving 2 to 4 guests the opportunity to experience a romantic getaway, or farm stay near Sydney in comfort and style on our peaceful tree studded 10 hectare property.

​Families, couples or friends can enjoy rural outlooks from the Studio, or explore the property, roam about the farm and orchard, and get acquainted with and help feed the sheep and alpaca. We offer pet friendly accommodation for small dogs so furpals can escape to the country too!

Woodland Studio is ideally located to explore Bowral, and ramble around the historic villages of Exeter, Berrima, Moss Vale and Bundanoon.

Home to delicious local produce, numerous cafes including the nearby Exeter General Store, many pubs, restaurants and renowned cool climate wineries, the Southern Highlands are approx 150kms from Sydney and Canberra.

Our Story

We own, run and love Woodland Studio & Farm, a boutique escape and farm stay​ at Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands. ​​​​​We’ve been in the Highlands since 2007 so have lots of local knowledge and passion for the region and are happy to help if any suggestions needed!
